At RoamWild Supply Co., all products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for each customer.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be longer.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been placed and a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and the products ordered.
RoamWild Supply Co. may offer promotional free shipping events or minimum order free shipping thresholds at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
RoamWild Supply Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
RoamWild Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. If further assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
